At Mykia Jewels, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our silver jewellery. We want you to love the pieces you purchase from us. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may face transit issues.
Below is our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags, certificates, and invoices intact.

Proof: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
Important: To claim a return for damage, defects, or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory.

Please record a video while opening the parcel for the first time.

The video must be continuous and unedited, clearly showing the shipping label and the condition of the product.

Without this video, we may not be able to process claims regarding missing or damaged-in-transit items.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene and the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Earrings and Nose Pins: Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on these items unless they arrived damaged.

Customized/Personalized Jewellery: Items made specifically to your order or engraved cannot be returned.

Used Items: Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage by the customer.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale.
4. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide Details: Include your Order ID, a description of the issue, and the mandatory unboxing video/photos of the defect.

Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup (if available in your pincode) or ask you to ship the item back to us.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality team, we will send you an email/message to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or provided as Store Credit (based on your preference) within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged parts missing not due to our error).
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size (for rings/bangles). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mykiajewels@gmail.com.
7. Shipping Costs

Defective/Wrong Products: If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or manufacturing defect), Mykia Jewels will bear the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., didn’t like the style), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the item has been shipped, whichever is earlier. Once the product has been dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations.
